Not just metaphorically, but energetically, emotionally, and even spiritually.
We go through life speaking constantly. To ourselves. To others. Out loud. In our heads. Online. In passing. But how often are we truly intentional with our words? How often do we consider the weight they carry, the power they hold to create or destroy, to build connection or create distance, to empower or to diminish?
This week, I want to challenge you.
For the next seven days, I want you to observe the way you speak about your life, the world around you, and the people in it. No judgment. No shame. Just awareness.
Are your words fueling your growth or feeding your fear?
Are you affirming your possibilities or repeating your limitations?
So often we don’t even realize how much negativity we allow to creep into our everyday language:
“I’m always exhausted.”
“Nothing ever works out for me.”
“This world is a mess.”
Now, here’s the magic.
What happens when you switch it up?
“I’m grateful for the strength I’m building through this challenge.”
“I’m open to miracles today.”
“I trust that good things are already on their way.”
Because language is a frequency. It’s a vibration. And when you raise the vibration of your language, you raise the vibration of your life.
This week, don’t try to be perfect. Just pay attention.
Notice what you say when you’re stressed. When you’re stuck in traffic. When you’re late. When you’re asked about your goals. When you look in the mirror.
Catch yourself in those moments and pause.
Then gently ask: Is there a more empowering way I could say this?
You’ll be amazed how fast this tiny shift starts to ripple into everything else.
Because the truth is, most of us aren’t living unconsciously on purpose. We’ve just inherited ways of speaking from the world around us. From culture. From past trauma. From childhood patterns. From the media we consume.
But you don’t have to keep speaking in the same ways that keep you stuck.
You can choose a new language. A new tone. A new intention.
And you don’t have to overhaul your life overnight to make a difference.
What if you just added 10% more intention into how you communicate?
In your work emails.
In how you speak to your kids.
In how you greet the barista.
In how you speak to yourself in the mirror.
Imagine a world where everyone paused to speak just 10% more intentionally.
How many hearts would feel more seen and heard?
How many of us would start believing in ourselves again?
