Day #1 Just started a new fitness program and I'm psyched to see the results in 30 days. I am using the @lazar_angelov_official meal plan and @michaelcvazquez full body core workout. I am weight lifting 🏋🏿 4 or 5 days (switching between body sections), I do 30 minutes of Yoga 3 - 4 times per week and I hike each week for roughly 2 - 4 hours on a rigorous hike.
