Flights and airfare
Shuttle to Paledora Eco Resort from the airport and return shuttle
Any optional activities you choose to do such as spa treatments, laundry, taxis, souvenir shopping or gift shopping, additional meals purchased outside of the scheduled group meals
Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance

Any trip cancellation made before July 31, 2023, will result in a loss of 30% of the trip price.
Any trip cancellation made between August 1 and August 31, 2023, will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any trip cancellations made after September 1, 2023, will result in a total loss of funds.
All cancellations must be received in writing via email
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. Any medical expenses, quarantine due to COVID-19 or other cancellation costs of travel are at your own expense.
