This is so true and so difficult for most people to understand.
What it means is that you have to slow down and take the time to make smart decisions where you can clearly see the benefits of your actions and understand the obstacles and challenges you will face on the path to achieving your goals and dreams.
most of us run around stressed or overwhelmed, feeling anxious with no real direction or clear plan to help guide us… This creates more chaos and stress and leads to poor performance and lower quality results.
If you want to elevate your thinking and produce better results in your life then it’s necessary to take time to research information about the things you’re doing and the things you want to be doing… Be curious about life; reading books and learning about yourself and new subjects challenges your mind to grow in incredible ways that you can’t understand until you experience it.
Trust me, I know it sounds difficult if you feel like you already don’t have enough time in your day, to stop what you’re doing and make a plan but that’s the key!
Knowledge and preparation lead to better problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and creativity which will benefit you in every area of your life.
Here’s a simple tip to get you started:
Set an alarm or a timer on your phone and take at least 1 to 2 breaks each day this week. I suggest working for 3 to 4 hours and then taking a 20 to 30 minute break. Heck, be crazy and take up to an hour if you want… But at least take 20 minutes and you will find by the end of this week that you are feeling much less stress, you’ll begin to sleep better and you’ll notice you’re able to solve problems and have more patience with life‘s little surprises
